About Us
Innovative Enterprise began in 2005 to deliver Enterprise learning and workshops across the UK. Since that time we've developed a bit of a philosophy based on the development of 'being enterprising', so rather than just delivering run of the mill business-related days, we want to give students more to think about.
Using the formula ABCD to underpin the themes of our workshops we deliver engaging and inspirational days for young people. These workshop and conference days support learner's Attitude, Belief, Confidence and Decision-making abilities whilst having fun!
Enterprise Soapbox was born through these ideas... people learn much better 'through doing' and we reckoned that although soap's a pretty mundane substance, it is very easy to work with, very very flexible and includes all the ingredients to make enterprise and business come to life.
Added to this, Bernie (Andrew Bernard the Director of Innovative Enterprise) has loads of nerdy soap knowledge gained from 5 years working for Unilever at Port Sunlight's Soap factory.
